1. Included Imprint
A one colour imprint on one location is included in listed price unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Quote Confirmation
Order quotes that are not confirmed within 7 business days are subject to price change. All orders must be in writing and signed by the customer. Any changes made to the order must be confirmed and may change, the shipping date.

3. Production Time
In stock printed items are ready for pickup in approximately 3-12 business days after receipt of order and proof approval. For rush orders, please call ahead for availability.

4. Order Cancellation
If the order is cancelled you will be billed for the materials and labour used thus far.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Promo Pig can ship your item almost anywhere in the world. UPS is our preferred courier. With UPS, we can offer next-day delivery within most places in Ontario. Outside Ontario, shipping can take from 3 – 5 business days so please allot this time before expecting your item in hand.

Promo Pig does not assume liability for any delays with couriers and cannot provide refunds or discounts as a result of courier delays. We can only guarantee that the your order has left our warehouse on time. The price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B., local client’s place of business or F.O.B.

6. Damaged or Incomplete Product
Promo Pig guarantees the utmost quality of our decoration methods, but, in the off-chance that a mistake does occur with the product we ship to you, we will provide a full refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments provided that the original garments are returned within 30 days.

7. Colour Matching
Due to differences in equipment, garments, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed order will constitute acceptable delivery.
